Returns & Refunds Policy
At TunoStore, we strive to provide high-quality products and seamless service. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we have outlined our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth resolution process.
1. General Return & Exchange Policy
Once a product has been delivered, it is generally non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:
- The product was damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
- The product was incorrectly delivered (wrong item or missing item).
- A specific return or exchange policy is mentioned for the product, allowing such requests.
For products that qualify under these conditions, return or exchange requests must be raised within the timeline specified in the product’s return policy. You are encouraged to carefully read the return/exchange policy listed with each product before making a purchase or requesting a return.
2. Returns & Refunds for Digital Goods
For digital goods, such as gift cards or vouchers, returns and refunds are not applicable. In case of any issues, such as:
- Validity concerns (expired or invalid vouchers)
- Usage restrictions (terms not allowing certain redemptions)
- Redemption-related issues
You must directly contact the issuer or seller of the digital product. Their terms and conditions will apply in addition to our general policy.
3. Refund Processing & Timelines
For eligible returns and cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of return approval or cancellation confirmation.
Mode of Refunds
- If you made the payment via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other electronic payment methods, the refund will be processed through the same payment method.
- In some cases, the refund may be issued in the form of credit, cashback, coupons, or promotional codes, which can be used for future purchases on TunoStore.
- Refunds issued as credits or promotional codes will be subject to the terms and validity period mentioned during issuance.
- If the purchase was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), any applicable refund will be processed through promotional codes only, which will expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Users may choose to receive a refund in the form of a promotional code even for online payments. However, once issued, the promotional code cannot be converted back to any other payment method.
4. Expiry of Promotional Codes
- Promotional codes issued for refunds due to cancellations or returns will expire within 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Other promotional codes, such as discounts or offers, will expire within 7 days from the date of issuance.
5. Currency for Refunds
All refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

- Refunds are subject to verification and approval by our team.
- Processing times may vary based on your bank’s policies and procedures.
- Please ensure you provide accurate details when requesting a refund to avoid delays.
